Eastonmade Forge 40
Live-Fire Grill & Firepit
Built like a machine. Made for the fire.
Some evenings start with dinner and end around the fire. The Eastonmade Forge 40 is built for both.
Manufactured in Canada with a 3/16-inch Corten steel firepit body and an included height-adjustable cooking grill, the Forge 40 brings Eastonmade’s heavy-duty approach to outdoor cooking and gathering.
No thin-gauge firepit body. No cooking attachment hidden behind the advertised price. Just substantial steel construction, real wood fire, and more ways to enjoy your time outside.
The grill comes standard. The possibilities are yours.
Cook directly over the wood fire or move glowing coals beneath the grate. Raise or lower the cooking surface to change its distance from the heat, and adjust the coal placement to suit what is on the menu.
From steaks and burgers to vegetables over the embers, the Forge 40 puts you in control of the fire and the cooking height.
When dinner is finished, the evening does not have to be. The same fire that cooked your meal becomes the centre of the conversation.
Why we build with Corten steel
A weathered finish that serves a purpose. Corten is a weathering steel that develops a protective surface patina when exposed to suitable alternating wet and dry conditions. This layer helps slow further atmospheric corrosion compared with ordinary unprotected carbon steel—it is more than a rustic appearance.
No painted exterior to maintain. The firepit body is designed to develop its natural finish rather than rely on exterior paint. That means no painted finish to touch up as the body weathers.
Character that develops over time. Its warm, rust-toned appearance evolves with exposure and surroundings. Variations in colour are part of the material’s character, giving each firepit a naturally individual finish.
Heavy plate. Canadian built.
The Forge 40’s octagonal body is built from 3/16-inch plate steel, not a lightweight sheet-metal shell.
Measuring 53 inches at its widest point, including the perimeter handles, and 24 inches tall, it brings substantial construction and a distinctive presence to your outdoor gathering space.
It is the same straightforward approach behind Eastonmade equipment: build something substantial, make it useful, and let the product speak for itself.
